Ordering Policies

Store Closes: October 15, 2024

​An order confirmation email, with receipt, will be emailed to you.  If you do not receive an email confirmation receipt, your order did not go through. 

  •  If you have any questions or concerns, email teamquestions@lax.com, include your order number. 

  • All orders will ship directly to the customer.

  • Store Close Date: 10/15/2024 at midnight - There will be no late orders accepted after the store closing date. 

  • Estimated Delivery Timeline: Orders will begin shipping to homes the third week in November 

  • Due to the custom nature of the products offered in the store, all sales are final. 

  • Due to manufacturer supply chain issues we may have to substitute items without notification

  • Lax.com is not responsible for the replacement of garments that are ordered in the incorrect size.
